Hi, I am Sander!

From the age of 12 I have been constantly tinkering with 3D printing. I have done everything from building my own ender-3, to designing a full-on autonomous industrial 3D printer with a company called Leapfrog.

 

Sinde the age of 14, I have been running my company "Voxel3D", where I passionately design mods, upgrades and Community-driven ecosystems for other 3D printers and companies like VanMoof.

How do I place an order?

Each product consists of 2 purchases;

  • The first purchase is at Voxel3D, to gain access to the printing files and manual. This can be done via this webstore or Printables.
  • The Second purchase is for a kit, this can be done via various providers like BluRolls or LDO motors

Where do I find the discord community?

The discord server can be found and joined via this link. Please note that a discord account is neccessary (Free)

Should I expect delays when ordering?

In theory no, but delays due to import or duties can always happen.

What are your shipping & handling charges?

This depends on the supplier of your kit. Blurolls handles all TAX and VAT charges, also for USA.

* Import tarrifs are new and cannot be handled by the shipper. Therefore, these might be charged for USA-based customers
When will my order ship?

Your digital files will arrive immidiately in your mailbox after purchase

 

The kits are shipped worldwide from warehouses in the USA, EU and China. If the product is in stock, we usually ship within 1-3 days.

How can I pay for my order?

In the Netherlands IDeal is supported. Worldwide you can pay with CreditCard or PayPal

What is your refund policy?

Digital Model files come without the possibility for a refund. Under certain circumstances your kit purchase may become applicable for a refund. For this, please refer to the refund policies of your kit supplier.
